    Paypal Change

The whole system is designed to benefit buyers. The more buyers that buy stuff the more ebay makes in selling fees from the seller. So screw the seller, they want more buyers!

    Paypal Change

So it's my choice, I will no longer use ebay and I will let them know why.

    Paypal Change

I'm totally against this. When you fill out the description on ebay say "contact me for other payment options" I just sold a Pedulla on ebay and it really sucks to have all that cash held until mr slow poke finally leaves positive feedback. I called Paypal and tore them a new one. It's...

    Noise suppressor/gate

I'm looking for one of these too, sounds like the ISP is worth the extra $38.

Without actually doing a Vs thread which one is better? ISP or Boss?

    Beginnerish 6-string purchase: opinions sought!

I've had a Schecter C4 for the last 6 years and love it, I would never sell that bass.

    Have pity on a noob?

Lighter gauge strings will help a little, and just play, play, play! You'll need to practice lots to build up the kind of stamina Harris has. Not everyone can do what he does, and for that matter, as long as he's done it! he's a monster.

    Are SIT's normally really tight?

My calipers tell me it's a .125 B and .105 E, I ordered some medium gauge Rotos for it. On my four string basses I normally use Funkmasters which have a 0.95 E.

    Are SIT's normally really tight?

I'll probably try a set of Roto's on it and see how they work, it's been a long time since I've had a fretted 6er. My fretless 6er I don't worry about changeing strings on :D

    turn up--and play less aggressively

Same here, less aggressively to me means changing the way I attack the strings, and attacking the strings aggressively is me all the way!

    Beginnerish 6-string purchase: opinions sought!

The D6 is pretty nice for the money, very solid bass with good tone!

    Are SIT's normally really tight?

I just got a ESP D6 6 string bass, which sounds nice, the SIT strings that came on it sound pretty good but they're really tight! I usually do a lot of bending but these suckers are like iron rods. I use standard 440 tuning, and normally use Rotosound stainless.

    Entering into big cab territory...

A 4x10 and 1x15 are a pretty common combo, as long as the impedance is the same I wouldn't forsee any problems.

    Entering into big cab territory...

My Fusion 550 through an 8x10 is shear madness. It thumps! It usually goes through a 1x15 and 1x12 and thumps through those too!
