    if it's the first bad horsie wah, don't get it. the setting simply doesn't work for a bass. however, I own a bad horsie 2 contour wah, and it's amazing much better sound than power wah and more powerful

    I agree. I think people like them so much just because they're so old and used by so many people over the years. But the tone is very plain as far as basses go, far inferior to ricks, musicmans, trabens, etc. very plain tone and looks. not worth the cost. squires...maybe...

    Should I Get the Ibanez?

    get a traben. they are, by my experience, superior to most other bass brands, especially ibanez. that may disclude a musicman or a rick, I've never played either, but you will LOVE the traben's tone. I own a traben array limited 5 string, and it's incredible.
