I don't think you'll be disappointed. I will say that it is a bit tricky to dial in the envelope settings, but it really can make anything synthy. The Lattitude and just an Octave is a potent combo. Adding fuzz takes it up a notch. Enjoy!

Are you using the H9 in mono? If you are, you could split the send return and put the H9 & the MXR & Past FX in different returns. You'll just need a y split cable.

The Grabber is more like Dirnt's actual bass. Mike Starr played a neck through NS-2., so the Spector may not meet your expectations tonally. That being said, play both and then choose what you like more.

I've played that song and used the Pigtronix Bass Fat Drive (you can get these cheap) with my Octavbre and chorus and it nailed it. The Fat drive sounds really good with an octave. Here's a video I did a while back with it at the 2:37 mark.
