Geoff, is there anything I can do to reduce relief on Modulus Pbass neck with no truss rod?

I may do the CTS pots in the VV.......just for dependability.......I rarely touch the tone pot. But I did drop in an orange drop....I just like the tone better. Any opinions on the stock pickups? I never even plugged them in assuming..........Squier......but they look well made a lot like old...

I can't believe it. I just bought one of these body only wth no neck body loaded otherwise. and had ordered an aftermarket high mass bridge which I have used before. I also ordered new CTS pots, Switchcraft jack etc. I had an old Dimarzio pbass pickup and a neck pickup from an old Japanese jazz...

According to Talman specs the neck pock is slightly smaller than standard fender (2.5 inches). I read that it was 1/16th inch narrower.

....OOPs I assume that the neck pocket will accept a standard fender neck and neck plate? Please advise.

I tried all 10 mosfets on channel one and I tried just one 9240 and one 240 on channel one to not risk further damage. Same result...... DC voltage on channel 1. They were not matched, but they were new from the same tube. If I can at least get it working, I will then work on matching.

I just finished doing a complete rebuild of a svt6-pro. Does anyone know the best way to set the bias on the lower amp. This is channel A (+) half. Do I need to use jumpers and measure it upside down outside of the case? Is it safe to measure the bias without the heat sink? This seems risky...

Hey guys, I just set mine, and the big resistors in the front of the power amp board, left of the bias pot (R21 and R63) are hot as hell. I measured them with my temp gun and they are 170 degrees F. Everything else is running ok. Heatsink temp is around 95F. Is this normal or do I have another...
