    Offensive band name?

Played in a Irish folk/rock band named the Axe Wounds. Great name till I found out axe wound was an Irish nick name for that time of the month. Worst band name I've ever heard of is Cadaver Gangbang. How do you respond to that?

Coolest and Dumbest band names you've played under...

Didn't play in the band thankfully but I saw an add for a show with a band named Cadaver Gangbang. That just makes me cringe.

what are your cover band's "secret gems?"

We did "Straightedge" which was originally by Minor Threat. The version covered though was from NOFX and had a uber laid back lounge vibe.

As for the fanny pack, during pledging this past year, all the pledglings had to wear fanny packs at all times. They were filled with Jolly Ranchers so everytime we saw one, we could get a Jolly Rancher. I bet Jeff Berlin loves Jolly Ranchers too.

    Music Education Major

Being in college at the moment, I have a couple of Music Ed. friends. That degree plan starts out at five years so expect to be in there a while. Most, if not all, music majors pick up a secondary instrument whether or not it is closely related to their primary instrument. If you've noticed...

How does the Behringer stuff stackup?

I have heard Behringer's mixers referred to as disposable. Once they go down, there is no point in fixing them because it will cost twice as much than the thing is worth. Based on this, I wouldn't trust their bass stuff.
