    I own the Borisov Belarus, I had to play muck about with fixing wires on it, and I have no idea about the pick-up type, but its a really clean jazzy tone. Just weighs a ton.

    I had a look at some people doing demos on Youtube, they sound really good with the two octaves, I really like the Acoustic dean, its my "travelling" one when off on business.

    How about this one, the Emex Romaxe...... what makes it cool.... it has a fitted bottle opener (and it works) Know nothing about the Bass though.... a bit of a mystery.
