This is US made, I am not sure about duty as that is buyer’s responsibility to figure out since every country has different duty regulations. When I brought it back from Japan i didnt have to pay duty but just a consumer tax on the peoduct. Thank you !

It ll come in a bag, no cert paper as it didn’t come with it when I bought it in Japan. I am not sure if these L2000s had any to begin with.
