    I saw Jeff Lorber at Whittier College in 83. I met Danny, he had a 76 musicman stingray maple on maple black pickguard. After the show we met, got the opportunity to play the bass. He was an extremely cool cat. Very confident. I asked who was he influenced by. He didn't have any bass influences...
