Eventide Pitchfactor does this very well, I use it to play down in C rather than have to have a seperate bass set up especially. Not as cheap as the Bass Whammy though unfortunately.

I imagine this is a silly question, but I don't really know wiring etc. What would this onboard preamp look like wired in a precision, as all the wiring diagrams are pairs of Jazz pickups? Cheers!
