    Aluminium cone speakers. What's the diff?

    I used to have a Hartke rig with the 4-10 Transporter cab, I always thought the aluminum cones sounded harsh and brittle Maybe the higher end XL model sounds better i dunno

    An all time classic A good friend of mine has one of those rigs he bought new in 1970, with 2 of the powered cabs to go with it. I always look forward to playing through it when I get up there for our yearly jam:bassist:
