It seems that all the 300-watt lite weight D amps are underpowered VS older large amps. So based on other amps this may not be very loud on stage. It seems like 500 watts for a D amp is about right. With two 8 ohm cabs 150 watts into each one is not much when each cab is a 300 to 400 watt cab.
