    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

Hi, yes, I have, works like a charm :-)... with a recent firmware update, the Musicom MKVI now also supports parallel signal chains, so you could build even more complex signals, where one chain does one thing and the other chain has the tyler.. I have not found a use for it, but it is fun to...

Hehe, I actually enjoy troubleshooting (up to a point), but I hear you. Good luck.

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

Hi, do the following for troubleshooting: Turn the clean knob all the way down. Connect each send of the Tyler directly to your amp and see, if you get a signal. You should also here the effect of both HP and LP filters when turning the frequency knobs. If you get a signal there, connect your...

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

Hi kevmac, yes, I am actually using a looper switcher, specifically the EFX MK-VI from Musicom Lab (the unit is pricy, but for the feature set, I would say, it is unrivaled in terms of bang for your buck). As I said, my goal was to be very flexibel and the MK-VI with the ability to reorder its...

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

Hi, actually yes, I finally finished the board over the Christmas holidays with custom soldered cables :-). Works flawlessly. Tyler is in Loop 10-12 of the MK-VI (which allows me to reorder the loops, Tyler is mounted below the board). So, to use it, I just move effects for the LP-Loop between...

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

I need to give this a try, so far I always put the dirt in the HP :-)... but this sounds nice.

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

I do have a small board with Lucydriver and Red Muck, both with blend, which works fine :-). But have an undistorted low end sounds different. If you want it simple, you could use the Darkglass Microtubes X, which does the same thing as the Tyler in one box. But then you need to like the...

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

I don't fully understand, what you want to do, but I will give it a try :-). If you just want the Tyler in der FX loop of the amp, it helps to think of the Tyler as any other pedal and ignore the Tyler's loops for a moment. Then: Amp FX Send -> Tyler In -> Tyler Out -> Amp FX Return... Then you...

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

The numbered boxes are the loop connectors on a typical looper-switcher. Bass would go into the input on said looper-switcher (so before loop 1). Internally, any return is connected to the next send in the line (so R1 to S2 and so on).

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

Yeah, for example, I use both the B7K and the Duality in the HP loop and would like to be able to switch them using presets. That is not possible by just putting them in the Tylers loops. For clean sounds, I also would prefer to have the compressor not just in the LP loop.

:D I hear you... It is basically the 4-cable method... twice. Kinda.

    KMA Tyler with Looper-Switcher

Hi, this is my first post in this forum, so I try to add something instead of asking questions first ;-)... This is an idea I would like to share and that I did not find in the forum. I am currently using the KMA Tyler with a compressor in the LP loop and two distortions in the HP loop and am...
