@WayneP The first pic is with the bridge replacement and you can't see any 'footprint' of the original bridge. The second pic is after I did a refinish

I've used Hipshot A style bridges, but I don't recall if I had to do any drilling for new holes or if the hipshot lined up exactly with the original bridge. Hope that helps (maybe only a little)

TS on the 1/4" Its odd that only the 350 gives me the noise, whereas my other amps do not, even when I run my Rhode K2, the DI on the Scarlett is dead quiet.

Follow up... we got home too late last night for me to even try to test out some new scenarios, so I just finished up and here's my findings: I realized that my Scarlett does not rely on USB for power and had its own power supply, so I was able to take the unit to another part of the house...

@agedhorse - I don't have any other interface at my home (DI -> Scarlett, powered by my laptop). I could take it to my singer's place aga run right into his PA and see if there's any issue, that wouldn't happen until later this week. Thanks

I just want to say thank you to all who contributed (one of the many things that makes this community so great). I did reach out to the seller, and he says they're is nothing wrong with the DI and that it must be my setup (other factors causing the issue), which it is not (thus the DI problem...

Just adding a little more info (though I will start the return process)... the DI does send the bass signal out as well (I should have given more info on that), along with the noise captured in the clip above.

Since I didn't buy it new, I don't want to put any additional money into it.

My wife paid for lessons for me (after finding out the band I just joined 2 months ago REQUIRE vocals). $60 per lesson (one hour) from an opera singer (music major with his Grad degree - very good teacher and well worth it). Central Florida area

Thank you! Jeremy did an awesome job with the build (I have to take credit for picking out the top and finishing it). He also built the neck, and I can get the action insanely low (measured at the 12th fret, open strings: B=1.5mm / E=1.25mm / A=1.0mm / D=0.75mm / G=0.75mm).

I also recommend @Freekmagnet - he built me an incredible replica of one of my Pedulla Thunderbolts (since I don't take my Pedulla basses out of the house). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
