I don't know about the differences of the two pedals you are mentioning, but as I have the PBA-2 in my bag of tricks, I do notice the delay in toggling the wah effect also. Mine is spring-loaded, so I compensate by stepping off/away shortly before i expect it to stop (about 1-2 seconds). I...
