I own an Ibanez SR505 and it serves me well... I know it aint the same electronics but I assume that if you treat it well, it will serve you well too. But if you don't like thin necks, don't go for this one, you'll hate it !

I play gospel music all the time at my church and before having my warrior, I played an Ibanez SR505... with the bartolini electronics, it was perfect for gospel and this bass is in your price range.

I'll need a membership for this club soon because this baby is coming home in a week or two !
