The color is actually more Blue (Kind of between Sonic & Daphine). The pics make it look like Seafoam Green. The only place I know to get Lakland Pickguards is Jeannie's Pickguards in CA. I thought about clear but changed my mind. The film is a good idea, What kind of film wood work good? Heck I may just go with a plain white guard or no guard and let it wear at will. Thank you guys for your opinions.

That's definitely a cool color also. It's a hard choice.

I will probably get a lighter guard also and just interchange them from time to time.

Thanks for your opinion. I really have never used Black Pickguards in the past. But I thought since the Abalone has some Blue & Grey in it it would look pretty cool. I will probably get a White or Vintage White Pearl also. I will also checkout the mint white. Where can I find a pic of that color?
