It seems that I have to change planes 3 times and I only have 1 hour between them (so I really have to rush). I can't be early to the planes and make sure everything works alright.. Grawww!
Thanks a lot guys btw. I still have to decide if I take the neck off or I buy a new cheap bass there.
Yea, I think I may buy a cheap bass in the States. I have no problem dissembling my bass but I'll need the space for other things I believe. Thank you guys <3
So I'm going from Portugal to the States (utah) at the end of this year and I want to take my bass. I'm flying at American Airlines.
Does anyone has any experience in this airline? I've read around the web that the best way was to take a gigbag and just ask politely to stock it in the cabin...
Hm... I'll try the kick/overhead thing.
I was for recording a demo or simply drum ideas, nothing big.
Recording the kick, where should i place the mic? Or its better that i test it myself?
Well, the only recording equipment that i have is a IO|2 express, so... 2 inputs.
I wanted to know the best way possible to record the drums, where should i put the microphones, should i even use microphones?!?
Thanks in advance :)
Close friends.
I can't think of joining a band as simply a job, it just doesn't last.
If the people on the band aren't my friends they will be, they MUST be.
Happens to us all man..
Me and my band all had rehearsals in our drummers garage. We played together for around a year, doing gigs here and there (Nothing big, to tell the truth we kinda of sucked).
Invested some money buying equipment for recording and dedicated lots of my time to write...
