That's what I figured too. And since I have the old Eminence and really nothing in it, if I blow the Mesa cabinet in to pieces , or space, or destroy the speaker .I won't be out much for a little work and enjoyment.

I bought it without the speaker. I figured for $50.00 I could burn it for fire wood if I don't use it . But thanks for all the helpful advise.

Yes ,sorry agedhorse. I should have been more clear. I was told the speaker had blown and someone had removed it. I had tried looking through old post ,and online to see what was original but, seems like different ideas on what was original. I will check Mesa page . Thanks
