Hi Riis, low B seems to have a little less sustain and the tone is not quite as well defined as the other strings

Hi everyone, I'm looking for suggestions on ways to get my low B string to sound better. Over the years I've played a variety of 5 strings mostly straight in to the amp. I'm wondering if maybe a little compression or extra gain might help. Any suggestions appreciated. You all have a great day!

I have a Brice V2 six string bass and I absolutely love it. It's playability and tone are everything I could ask for plus it's absolutely beautiful. Wonderful instrument!

Bbby, Thanks for the info. So...when an 8 ohm external speaker is run in parallel with the 8 ohm internal speaker, impedance drops to 4 ohms?? I guess I had it backwards. I thought that happened in a serial connection. I will check out the speaker you mentioned. Thanks Gene
