i read somewhere that it is possible to remove the chassis on a rocket bass b100r amp and move it to the top of the amp to make it look like a head like a flip-top style, is this true or would it damage it

i have an old ampeg rocketbass 100w, i have the gain on 10, nothing bad is happening, and i have a cliff burton esque tone is that a bad thing to have it up that high? nothing seems to be acting unusual or out of place, but i just wanna know if it will blow the speaker

ok i got it exactly, you have to play with you fingers or its not gonna work (im not a finger fascist but it really only works with fingers) put your drive on 9:00, bass at 12, mids all the way up, and treble at 12, do this and play at the bridge and youll do fine :bassist:
