    Why So Many People Playing Fender Basses?

    Why buy a clone that costs twice as much that is aiming to sound like a Fender? I have Fenders, Ibanez, MusicMan and Sandberg basses but the Fenders are the finest. To play, the sound, everything.

    NBD: Fender American Elite Precision!

    I've got the white one to. Man what a bass!! Plays and sounds like a dream. In passive on the front pickup you have a true standard P. In active there's a pallet of sounds en a lot!! of headroom. The neck is amazing.

    Markbass Italy vs Indonesia build quality

    I have 2 pcs of Markbass New York 121. One is Italian made, the other Indonesian. Quality is the same. So not the weight! The Italian is 26lbs (12Kg). The Indonesian 30lbs (13,8Kg)!!!! So if I have a gig that only needs 1 cab I make sure to take the Italian. Difference of 15%!

    Markbass Micromark 801 Opinions?

    Genz Benz Shuttle 3.0... 170 watts clean power, 300 with an extra cabinet. I own one for several years now for livingroom practice and small rehearsals/gigs. It is as big as a 801. Bit expensive maybe but used not so very.. Also nice for upright.

    Kala UBass Megathread, Part 6

    I've been playing a Kala u-Bass yesterday at the local store as I wanted to buy one. After pluggin it in I immediately heard the E-string was almost not there. No volume, no sustain.:crying: The guy at the store than told me that they took all new Kala basses out of stock from their webshop...
