    I certainly think it gets as close as it can, with more mass on the neck, different pickups etc... I wasn’t trying to say it wasn’t great, it is one of the best 5 strings Js period!

    A 5 will never feel like a 4, but I think these are some of the best in that regard. The 5 doesn’t feel compressed, YJ has the right formula IMHO

    To me, for what it does, it is reasonably priced, but I hear you :smug: Pricy for a DI, yes.... but for a high end preamp that sounds great and gives you a lot of control, it's really not..:D
