thanks JDGA ! that's what the guy at bassdirect.uk told me, jaydee are split coil ... and when i go to YouTube, i found this video with old bc rich mockingbird with 2 reverse p bass pickups; to me the sound was very similar .... but not exactly the same; i need a jaydee !!! raaaaahhh .....

can you cpnfirm the pickups are split coil ?

i'm surprise about one thing that is never discuss about the jaydee : the neck is glued like a les paul ! that is pretty unique on the market ! i think it's way important for the sound ... i agree that people who compare jaydee and alembic don't know what they're talking about . jaydee are not...

hi ! new to forum ! in search of a pickup to upgrade my old BBdc bridge and neck pickup without routing my lovely old Sandberg classic neck through ! i want a split coil pickup , with the treble coil near the neck and bass coil near the bridge (reverse p bass), like the old bc rich mockingbird...
