thanks JDGA ! that's what the guy at bassdirect.uk told me, jaydee are split coil ... and when i go to YouTube, i found this video with old bc rich mockingbird with 2 reverse p bass pickups; to me the sound was very similar .... but not exactly the same; i need a jaydee !!! raaaaahhh .....

Is it hard to sell if I dont like it for 800.
Is it much different beast that standard supernatural ? (MK?)
Sorry about about all newbie questions. Buying this will be cash painfull for me. Is it rare to buy?
 
It is one of the more common models. THe difference between this and the standard Supernaturals is the construction. This is mahogany only where the Supernaturals are laminated with different woods in the middle of the body. Also, the neck on these is 3 pieces of wood where the others are 5-8

It's been a while since anyone has posted here, so I'm just gonna put this right here.
Brand new 5 String fretless Series III.
It has been a long excruciating 2 year wait for it to be constructed, but it is finally being shipped to me from Jaydee tomorrow!
I will post some more pics and a review when it arrives.
...and no Enzo, before you ask, my '87 Series III is still not for sale ;) .
