    I agree, some that I saw on line seemed pale but this one is a little darker and has a nice contrast.

    Yes it’s a Pau Ferro fret board, my Sire has a maple fret board and I wanted a warmer tone with this bass.

    Love my Junior Jet, I'm brand new to bass and music. After my third guitar lesson my friend had me try his three bass guitars, I loved bass instantly; he gave me the choice of two and gifted me the Junior Jet. I went from guitar student to bass student in a flash!

    Best portable amp for commuting to school by train?

    Have you considered the Traynor SB106, portable with an internal 50W speaker but a 200W head?
