    Ibanez Upright Bass

Alright, so finally...my local tech put in the replacement circuit board and things seem to work. Cost me $100. Sent invoice to Ibanez. Should get reimbursed. So, if anyone has a similar problem, the circuit board seems to be the issue.

    Ibanez Upright Bass

Ibanez has sent me the 'guts' of the pickup and my local guy at Bounty Music is putting it in the bass, and Ibanez has said that they would reimburse me for the costs. Ibanez Upright Bass

    Ibanez Upright Bass

I just picked up a UB804 and sounds like I am having similar issues. I thought it was eating batteries, but I am using rechargeables now and they show completely charged. I get about 15 minutes of playing and then it completely craps out. And, if I don't play for just a few minutes, I have to...

    Ibanez electric upright bass

Bought this online. A fun bass, but having issues with the preamp. The thing is eating batteries...like one 9 volt per hour. Seems like this is a not too uncommon problem with the electronics. Have reached out to Ibanez, but I'm sure they are closed.
