Seriously, shifting in between, you really can't tell it's not a B string. Actually, with my six string, I drop tune E to a D, and when I fret the second and drop it, it sounds better (no, seriously, better) than my actual B. Don't know why, new strings and all... And, you've seen the signal...

I was very skeptical to be honest, but I even went so far as to send the signal back through the tuner to see what it did, and... yes... it does what it says. 2nd's , 4th's, 5th's, Octaves and 2 Octaves all tuned in as they should have. Checked every setting, and it really works. I play 4, 5...

And for anyone who is curious, it powers up with a Powerall Multi-Tap adapter (typical Boss 9V plug ends), no problem. I didn't use the wall wart, but it does come with interchangeable European and North American plug plates. I guess they wanted to cover all bases.

This is nuts... I pre-ordered from JRR shop about the same time everyone else ordered from SW. Mine showed up today. Got confirmation of shipping yesterday from California, and it's in my board in Calgary, Canada tonight. Seems strange that a dealer like SW, who move major volume every year...

Picked it up, and it is such a beautiful thing. If I knew how to post a pic, it would be on here. Can't wait to plug it in! Hope everyone gets theirs soon. Shout out to DTR for keeping in touch with all of us whammy heads! WOOOOOT !!!!!

Mine is here, shipped last night from JRR Shop, but they screwed up and put my home address for shipping. Fed Ex tried to deliver it, but I was at work. ARRGGHH! But, going to pick it up at the depot tonight. Finally, the wait is over! Hope the SW guys get theirs out to all of you soon...

Just picked up a VT-X tremolo off Ebay, and the thing works really well...except... When I play hard, the original note distorts. Not the effected sound, just the initial pick/pluck of the string. Do any other VT-X users have this issue?

I ordered mine through JRR Shop on February 12. They said at that time they had no confirmed ship date. As of yesterday, they know nothing. *sigh* Wish this thing would get here already!!!

Just picked this one up. Needs a bit of work on the neck to get the action down, but the tone...THE TONE!!! Number me up!
