    Hi guys, I'm thinking about getting a GK. I am a huge fan of Duff Mckagan's tone from the AFD, and I know he used the GK and it has some grit to it. Can you still get some clean tones as well. I would like to be able to play some Stax/Motown stuff as well. Thanks.

    Probably, I need the help:D. I might be doing a guitar(gasp) like one of Bo Diddley's, but I have no wood experience and I am busy with baseball and marching band. It would definitely fall under the $100 challenge.

    If you want to make a career out of it, I would assume you need to make your own neck. You would also need a solid buisness plan

    Which semi-hollow bass?

    Just wondering, can you switch the necks of the allan woody and the long scale jack casady. I like the sound(and price tag) of the allan woody but would prefer a long scale neck
