    Fender Custom Shop PJ Bass Bass Body cavity identifing marks

    I have what I was told is a Fender Custom Shop PJ Bass. When I examined the Bass neck cavity after unbolting the neck this is what it looks like. Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine Fender Body or an aftermarket part? thanks for any input.

    I don't believe it was special order. I think they were offered from the Fender CS from 09-11. The one I had was made in 09.
