    Lightweight volume pedals?

A million-dollar question, isn't it? On the sturdy side of things I have a Korg XVP-1, my favorite, which I vastly prefer over the Ernie Balls. Huge and heavy, it's not transportation-friendly. There's the EB VP Jr that sits in my current FX board -- small, but much heavier than I'd...

Will Boss ac adapter work with Multicomp EBS ?

NO. DON'T DO IT!! The MultiComp manual reads: "EBS Sweden AB guarantees no error free operation when using other DC adapter than the EBS AD-9. Warranty is void if higher voltage than 9.3V has been used to feed the EBS MultiComp pedal." It will most likely work just long enough for...

Post Your Pedalboard 27: XXVII : Mozart Cobalt

There's no drama in my story: got it around 15 years ago, used, at a music store. In my eyes, it's simply the best stompbox EQ to ever exist. I was saddened to hear that the reissues had very little in common with the originals, and they never reissued the EQs anyways. ...my original...

Post Your Pedalboard 27: XXVII : Mozart Cobalt

One day my old board started sounding hideous; thinking it was a bad cable somewhere, the setup was disassembled enough by the time I found the culprit -- a broken EBS MultiComp. So I got myself a new board, and swapped several boxes. Now that I'm happy with the layout and sound, I'll...
