Hi, are there differences between the two speakon connectors on a NY151? I have a LMIII, i have noticed pluggin the speakon kills the signal to the tweeter. If I replace it by the 1/4'' the tweeter works. Any clue???

just replaced the speakon cable by a P10 cable on my MB NY151 and the tweeter is hissing - and the attenuator working. Anyone guess why it does not work with the speakon??

I just plugged normal P10 cable and the tweeter started to hiss, and the attenuator is now working. I am wondering why tweeter doesnt work with speakon cable???

Thanks, i measured the voltage and it is good: above 9VDC. but sounds poor. I am taking it to local luthier. i live in Brasil and EBMM told me no support locally.
