Im on the market for a new bass and i just cant decide between a musicman stingray classic or a modulus flea bass (Funk Unlimited). can anyone shed some light on which is a better bass in your opinion? im into funk and slapping and all that. I really like the graphite neck on the modulus basses...

yeah, Fleas basses just keep on getting more and more personalized every time. I think that this bass was actually a birthday gift, but I could be wrong.

It seems that flea is rockin out with a new modulus bass. I think it looks pretty sweet so i just posted this thread to see what you think of it? it has a flat black body and has pearl inlay that spells out FLEA on the 7th 6th 5th and 4th frets... Link Removed Link Removed Link Removed...

thanks but i tried that already and the buzzing noise went away so im pretty sure the way i had it first was right. afterwards i rewired the whole thing from scratch and nothing changed. what are the important connections for the pickup? is the ground wire the problem?

hi ive been working with this preamp and pickup and pots tryin to figure out why its not working. the only sound i get when inserting the guitar cable into it is a buzzing noise when plug in the batteries but nothing form the pickup. can someone please tell me whats wrong with it?

Hi, will I be able to use my american voltage (110v) amp head with a european 410 cabinet?? because europe runs on 220 volts and Im afraid if I plug it into my amp head that it would blow the speakers in the cab...

ok that makes sense, so il get a stero jack. do you know which wires connect to which lugs tho? and I think I made a mistake there are actualy 4 wires connected to the jack i believe
