    But Ginger and Mary Ann (more so) were hot. After Logins and Messina...the only stuff I remember from K. Loggins was El Stink-a-roo. Actually, Loggins and Messina wasn't anything phenomenal, but was tolerable.

    Agreed. Throwing 2 bands together that have nothing to compare whatsoever isn't interesting at all. Making comparisons between The Smiths, REM, Lloyd Cole, Housemartins, or Hoodoo Gurus makes sense.
