Ha! I stumped everyone with this one. I myself like The Nomads better, but The Cramps are also exceptional..
Gotta go with the Nomads. Just straight forward rock and roll with a retro and punk edge. Love their guitar rig tone too.

I have nothing to contribute except to commend @FingerDub for not using “whose best” in the thread title. 
Even though I'm not a huge fan of either, I can't stand Dave Matthews band. Phish by a Longshot.
