The NANO Club! the pedaltrain babies or equivalent!!

My nano+ board, just got it in and assembled it tonight! And no, I'm not sponsored by MXR haha I just started with their envelope filter, absolutely LOVED it, and decided to try out a bunch of their others. Haven't been disappointed by any of them! So it's the Polytune mini > Compressor > Octave...

    New mxr bass distortion!

Also, jimmyM i wanted to ask if youve noticed a a difference in tone with led mode once you adjusted the internal trim pot. I would prefer led mode to be closer in volume to silicon but if not if it changes the original tonal characteristics of that mode, even slightly.

    New mxr bass distortion!

Got this a few days ago, wanted to really crank it and spend some time with it before I gave my review. Unfortunately I haven't gotten a chance to use it in a live band scenario yet but I have a good feeling about it, mainly because of the separate wet/dry controls. I dont think I could use a...

Removing MarkBass logo plate from grill?

Thank you so much for this thread, i love the sound, power, and weight of my rig but the markbass aesthetic made me hesitant at first. I wanted to remove that logo plate from day one but assumed it would be difficult or cause damage/leave an apparent mark. A screwdriver and 10 seconds was all it...

Markbass CMD 102P vs. Mini CMD 151P

Very interested in purchasing a Markbass combo soon. I know I want one that has a matching extension cab. I feel like a lightweight, but powerful, modular setup like that could be the last rig I ever need. Versatility is key as I want the combo to be loud and powerful enough that it can keep up...

    575 watts into 2x12 - NEW for under $700!!!

Thanks everyone for your input! I wanted to make sure I had more watts than the cab was technically capable of handling just to make sure I could push it as much as it could take (which I definitely plan on doing! :bassist:) Having no experience with either of these pieces (although I have...

    575 watts into 2x12 - NEW for under $700!!!

I've been doing a lot of research into trying to find a powerful, versatile, but most importantly CHEAP rig from respectable well-known manufacturers. I've decided I want a head with at least 450 watts at 4 ohms, and a 2x12 4 ohm cab that can handle that much power. I'm going for a...

SD SPB-1 vs. Fender '62 reissuse

Im guessing that a lot of those classic rock bands and old school players whose sound im after were playing authentic old school fenders, so thats why im sorta leaning towards their pickup. Im gonna give fralin and nordstrand some consideration and research though, they arent out of my price...

SD SPB-1 vs. Fender '62 reissuse

I'm ready to upgrade the pups in my MIM fender p-bass, and I'm wanting to get that classic "warm n' woody" p-bass tone. I wanna keep it passive, and price isn't an issue. I'm trying to decide between the Seymour Duncan SPB-1 vintage pickup and the Fender '62 reissue pickup. I've read and heard...
