Yes, I have one. On the headstock, it is stamped 'BARITONE' but they were delivered tuned E - E, like a Fender Bass VI. This bass has great tone and sustain, with its Bill Lawrence-built/designed pickups.

I bought my Peavey Forum V in Transparent Grape in April 1996. It's a KILLER-sounding bass! I have always been complemented on its tone.
