I just received my new 2013 American Std P Bass. The best bass i have ever owned!!! including Jazzes Ricks and Hoffner!!! I dont post often but Fender has hit a home run specially with the new custom shop pick ups.Sunburst with rosewood. Awesomeness!!!!!

I hope this isnt a redundant question!!!! With my Markbass amp set flat i like the fat sound on the E and A strings of my Precision,however, the sound on the D and G strings has no real bass to them. That,s the case with the Jazz also.What do i have to tweek to get an equal sound, hope this...

Hi everyone pretty new here,hope this does not sound too stupid.I,ve searched this great forum but cant find the definite answer.I have a MIM P. bass that has factory 45,s to 100,s on it.I want to try flats.Do i need flats in the very same size or can i go heavier considering nut and bridge...

Just watched Bryan Adams dvd live at Slane Castle and he plays bass the entire set.He plays pick style on a Precision and a Sadowsky jazz among others and has great tone considering they are a trio. Anyone else see this.

I,ve come across a 1960 jazz that suffered major water damage,left in an attic soaked for a number of years,the case is finished,electronics are seized etc. what would that be worth in that condition,in terms of dollars.Needs major restoration thanks
