    The contractor bag sounds like a good idea. All-in-all, I can't afford to lose this bass. I've brought my 5 string squire w/ my little 4" amp camping before, so I'll pry just do that. Thanks for all the responses. - bc

    Camping + acoustic bass=?

    I want to go camping and bring my Ibenez acoustic 4-string. I don't have a case for it. I've thought of wrapping it in a towel and/or leaving it in my tent. Would doing this for 3-4 days put my bass in high risk for warping?
