Will. I'm a project manager for a utility company. When he told me sixty amp service and had a jacuzzi I was blown away. I have upgraded 1000 houses and never heard of a service that overloaded. Also, whoever installed that spa was an ass. This guy bought it that way.

Update again. Head phone jack works and receives sound without problems.

Update. Just tried it at my house and played for a minut and died. Heard a slight crackle and then nothing. Dead for now/. The head power light is on and when I play the electronics appear to work, meaning the alarm light (light that begins to change color when to much rocking is happening)...

Ok. That's guys. Tonight I'll test fan and of good, bring voltage tester next week. I'll post results. Thanks again

Like a capacitor or frequency drive that bumps voltage or bipasses the amp controls. Is the risk immediate when crate dips or is it caused over a long period of time

Will, I'm leaning more that way of voltage for this reason. After practice the owner told me he has a 60 amp service for his whole house. He has a fridge, electronics and a jakuzzi! The problem happened an hour after he started an air conditioner I would bet money is on the same circuit. We...

Low class, I have enjoyed this amp and to date no problems. I am a novice though, so there is probably a whole other world of great amps out there that would blow my mind. I bout this 18months ago and the amp warranty is gone. Rather then abandon this amp, I'd like to either fix or understand...
