In the last 5 years I've switched brands 3 times. I was using GK (700 rb, 1001 rb through a GK RBX 810). I then swiched to Ampeg (SVT AV 350 with a 410 HLF, a 1976 V4 through a SVT 610, a PF-500 through the PF210). I'm now using Ashdown (mag 300 through a mag 410T to try them out, ABM EVO II...

I've run an ABM through a MAG 410 cab before. I don't know how "crappy" the sound is but there is definitely a big difference. If you have to use a MAG it will do, but the sound you'll get from the ABM cab is much clearer on the low notes.

I've got 2. I bought one as a backup to my 1976 V4 or my SVT 350AV. My wife decided I needed the 210 cab, so once I got that and bolted it onto the lid, guess what? I no longer functioned as a head I could bring with me to a gig in case the old amp crapped out, so I got another one, lol...
