Hey guys, I've only been playing about a year. Currently have an Ibanez SR400QM. Ive been looking at a P bass, played a friends and loved it. So what do u think, can the Ibanez and grab a P (affinity, Vintage Modified) or keep the Ibanez?

Hey guys, im fairly new to playing bass. Ive been playing my Ibanez SR400QM, but i played a buddy's P Bass the other day and in thinking about selling or trading mine to get a P Bass. Any suggestions on which one. Im kinda thinking about a Squier CV or maybe a MIM Fender. What do you guys think...

Finally came in today! My first bass. Ibanez SR400QM. Along with a Acoustic B20 Amp. Been playing (attempting to play...practicing.....making noise lol) all day. Learning to play an instrument at almost 40 is harder than I thought. But lots of Fun!!

Thanks for all of the help folks. I decided to go the used route. I got an Ibanez Soundgear SR400QM in Mint condition from ebay for 300 and a new Acoustic B20 from Musicians Friend. Now the Looong wait for the Big Brown Truck. :hyper:
