Well, I spoke to lead pastor about it today and got a no. It's all good. I like the idea of giving lessons to members of the congregation, maybe I will look into that. Otherwise, I will probably take my talent elsewhere. Thanks for the advice.

Yes, the worship pastor does get paid a full time salary. As for finding another church where I do receive pay, that would be great. Unfortunately I just don't have the qualifications that most churches require.
