Never got into the 5 string craze. I remember during the 80’s those Steinbergers popped up. Aria basses too. Thank goodness I was too young to buy any of those. I have had my Fender J and P basses for years.

That is good to hear. When you turn on the head, does the fault light light up initially as the system turns on? I noticed that my new one did that. Was wondering if I should have paid more attention. Perhaps that was an indication of an issue to come.
