Got it through Facebook marketplace, maybe they also had it on Adverts, but yeah it's in good shape, few nicks alright as to be expected given it's age but sounds fantastic.

Hi guys, can anyone help me dating an SB-600 with serial number 007025 am I right in thinking that 00 would put it at 1980??

Unfortunately the previous owner put the thumb rest on, it came as seen in the pics. I have a bit of cleaning up to do to it as the nut, frets and bridge have a bit of grime on them and are after turning green from being left sitting in the case in an attic for seven years, so the thumb rest...

Interesting, never knew they had a set neck version, I just found an old thread where someone was selling one. He says they are very rare and were only in production in 1981 which seems to match the serial number as it start with 1. Looks like I have the SB-600 SOLD - FS: Aria Pro II SB600...

Hi Guys, first time posting here, loving the thread. Wondering if someone can shed some light on an Aria I picked up cheap (to be honest the flight case alone is worth more than what I paid for it, it came with case included) I'm not sure if it's a genuine Aria as the neck looks strange to me...
