All I have left to do is fix the bridge and possibly raise the nut. I got the intonation correct. I used duck tape on the bridge and nut to temporarily get the stings to the action I like. Any suggestions about a bridge...

I checked that already and from these pics you can see it just fits perfectly with a little extra routing. I have a very good luthier to do the routing but I want to have all the parts first before I contact him...

It doesn't look like it has a truss-rod. Do you think there is just an aluminum rod in the neck like early Danelectros? Also should I keep the input jack? I like the fact that it locks but it not very attractive. Even the volume knob doesn't look like standard issue. The shaft is way too tall...

No its not heavy and I have no idea about the wood. I don't know what the balance is like if you were to wear it. It has no strap locks but it's a great bass to just sit on the couch and play.

Wow, I played the bass with my gk bass amp and gk guitar amp with the ric o sound and all the highs went to the guitar amp and all the low end to the bass amp. This is really awesome. Definitely worth giving it another go.
