    I love Zombie Ritual.

Rate my band's latest track? Screamo/alt content

It wasn't bad, but I thought it was a tad bit generic. I give you props for a decent breakdown in this style, bands often are really lazy and just chug on the same note repetitively for all their songs(this one local band I saw did the exact same breakdown five different times in one song). The...

    Only one Death

Bit late to the party on this, but Individual Thought Patterns and Symbolic are the obvious stand outs for the me on bass.(The Sound of Perseverance also has some stuff where the bass is really important in the composition). Scream Bloody Gore has a great bass tone in my opinion but it follows...

what are some good indie (SSPU, TATE, No Age) Keys?

Eh, I often hear alternative rock guys using G major(E minor as well) and C major( along with it's A minor), it's really about note choice, rhythm, and effects from what I've observe doing my own alt/indie material. Listen to good alternative/indie writers and take note(not by transcription but...

    New band,new songs

I don't have much experience with this but I would learn the general bass parts before finding every nuisance in a song if you get what I mean.

Rock Band 3's new guitar controller...is a guitar.

I like playing bass a lot in the Rock Band series, a lot more fun for me than the guitar charts. On the guitar controller, I think it's cool, sure it's going to miss a few things like bends and palm muting but it might encourage more people to kick an instrument.

When you first heard Cygnus X-1

"Damn that is pretty awesome." Still my favorite Rush song and probably my favorite bass line from Geddy Lee.

    Underrated bassists???

The Delta 5 dual bass combination doesn't get enough mention around here. :) Heck for the most part a lot of post punk bassists usually don't get the props they deserve, Mike Watt, Kim Deal, Mike Mills, Adam Clayton and Peter Hooks get attention but a lot of other ones are never mentioned.

    RUSH Caravan & BU2B

Not too bad, but I was hoping for a bit more, but eh, better than Pearl Jam's Backspacer. :p Definitely prefer BU2B to Caravan.

"In Your Opinion" who's got the best vocals in rock music, past or present?

To my lists, sure, give me a few minutes to edit my post with video links. Well I got the first list, I got some things I need to do so I'll be back with video links of the others later. Edit:All the singers except for Louis Jordan have videos linked.

Preferences (Videos listed in order of when they're mentioned). Popular/kinda popular singers Male-Robin Zander/Eric Bloom/Alex Chilton/Louis Jordan(Crap, I wasn't really thinking here,he was influential on rock music but as for being rock I don't think he was). Female-Ann Wilson/Belinda...

Your Favorite Bassist of Each Style

Finger:Leslie Langston(It's a real shame that she doesn't get mentioned often, awesome player). Pick-Mike Watt Slap/Pop-Les Claypool Technical-I don't listen to many, but I do dig Victor Wooten. Others-Many others:Chris Squire, Ray Shulman, John Entwistle, Fred Abong, Kim Deal, ect.

Brad Walst and the music he plays

Well, if he's a good bassist, or knows anything beyond those bass playing elements you mentioned, he sure doesn't show it. There is a lot of cool bass line ideas he could of used in songs where he just follows the guitar with root notes without necessarily overplaying.

    Songs That Make You Cringe

Smile Empty Soul-Silhouettes or Buckcherry-Crazy Bitch Everything about these tunes just gets me angry, whether it be the generic instrumentation or the incredibly weak vocalist.
