Another consideration with the SVT3-pro is to not use the Low boost switch. It sounds nice at low volumes, but not so much when you trying to coax full power from the amp.

Here is a closeup of the mutes- interesting how they are on the screws instead of behind them like yours. No idea if the fretboard is Rosewood or Ebony- how do you tell?
