Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone knew what Josh Newton from Every Time I die uses for stomp boxes? I saw them live on their last tour and saw he had one or two but couldnt for the life of me figure it out. Any clues?

I had one of these a few years back, the only reason they're priced so high is because it's in a CL style case. It's not a bad head for lower volumes but in the end I sold mine for $200 which I found to be a decent deal. For $350 though there's definitely better deals out there. Good luck!

yep its got wheels on the back of it but it weighs at leeast 200lbs. I actually have to part with the case because I'm getting a new car and cant fit the beast in with the case :crying:

I had this same problem and had a tech look at it, it did in fact turn out to be a bad power tube

you get what you pay for and that great tube tone costs some cash to maintain! I just got a $170 bill myself after sending my CL into the shop! I've owned a 3 pro and while it's a great amp, it's just not the same as having an all-tube head on there

its actually an "810en" instead of an "e" so it's pre-Y2K

lately I've been toying around with the idea of swapping my ampeg 810 for a pair of orange 410s. I'd still be running my SVT CL through it. I play generally heavy rock influenced music, anybody have any thoughts on this?
