    Mark Sandmans 2string bass, What gauge?

    I heard that he would tune between every song, meaning, some songs he tuned in 4th or 5th or whatnot. I heard he would tune perfectly everytime and do it in a fraction of a second. Dave

    What are these basses in these songs?

    STP is a schecter model T which has a P bass neck pickup and a jazz bridge pickup, at least thats what the wiki says. I can ALMOST make out what bass the Coldplay guy is using. A fender for sure though (or clone). Dave

    Longtime lurker first time poster. I am in the market for a new bass and I have some songs that I like the bass tone on. I know that amps and recording style lend a lot to tone, but the bass is the base (heh) of the tone. Anywho, can you guys tell me what basses these songs sound like...
