what he did was rest his fingers on the pickup cover, so technically suppose it is a 'floating thumb' but i dont think he intended it to be about that.
Hi guys,
I have a lefthanded Warwick Streamer $$ (October 07 model) and as much as I love it I don't really use it very often, and it has had minor use.
I am contemplating trading it for a lefthanded USA P-bass (Sunburst, Rosewood fingerboard, Tortoiseshell scratchplate, Basicly a James...

Before you start(if you havn't already) Have you tried modding the Bridge? By this I mean raising the whole unit. To do this all you really need is a bit of plastic about 1.5-2mm thick(depending how high you want the bridge) and simply just cut it to fit with the shape of your bridge (I used...

I think that my favoutite was the Celinder. It was like a mix of the Smith and the Atelier Z. The Smith sounded a bit thin although the most articulate(just not enough umphh) and the Atelier Z was actually very nice coming in second place. This is actually very helpfull because i am...

Hi,
This has been on my mind for quite a while now and I haven't found any answers yet. I thought I'd ask here. Why do some people place hair bands at the top of the neck/headstock join?
I think its just the first prelude. What i mean by grade is that e.g with piano or trumpet you have grade 1, 2, 3, 4......8. 8 being the most advanced.
I'm recording this piece for a school exam but i need to know approximately what grade it is. It does not say in the book I have so if anybody does know what grade
Suite 1 in G Major by J.S.Bach
is I would be very greatfull.
Thankyou.
